High level representatives of the local and international community and students attended the opening Ceremony of the 13TH edition of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational Crime and Justice on 3 February 2020 at the United Nations Campus in Turin.
This unique training is implemented by UNICRI in cooperation with the University for Peace (UPEACE). This edition envisages the participation of 50 students coming from 18 countries.

The United Nations Interregional Crime and Research Institute (UNICRI) launched a new specialized course aimed at analyzing and providing in-depth knowledge on the various areas of expertise developed by the Institute during more than 50 years of its operation.
The Opening Ceremony of the International Criminal Law Defence Seminar was held on Tuesday, 6 May 2014 at the Foundation of the Turin Bar Association (Fondazione dell’Avvocatura Torinese Fulvio Croce) in Turin.
The 4-day Seminar is organized by UNICRI in co-operation with the Office of Public Counsel for the Defence of the International Criminal Court (OPCD-ICC) and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). The Seminar is supported by the Turin Bar Association and by CRT Foundation (Fondazione CRT).
The Seminar, organized in cooperation with the Office of the Public Counsel for the Defence of the International Criminal Court, presents a unique opportunity for lawyers interested in the practice of international criminal law whether in national or international courts, in addition to those who work with organizations involved in this area. Consisting of lectures and practical exercises, the Seminar tackles the fundamentals of international criminal law defence.
